Hi. Woke up late again so I guess this’ll be considered both breakfast and lunch. The usual, all bran with soy/almond milk and raspberries, 1/2 grapefruit and coffee with skimmed milk. It’s funny how I discovered some of my favourite foods through Ana. Like soy and almond milk for example. I started having it cuz the soy milk has 58 cals per serving (200 mills) and almond milk only has has 48 cals. Grapefruite supposedly has some fat burning effect and that quark I keep having only has 55 cals per 100g.
