Hello my darlings. I’m totally out of it today, so tired and sleepy! Woke up around nine tho and went to the gym where I had a spinning session plus distance running afterwards. Think I slept through warm up but was brutally awakened at the first set and was sweating like a pig. Sometimes I perform like a king at the gym and other times I just feel like I’m about to die. Think it has to do with my
purging which I really need to stop doing one of these days… But I must have done something right when the instructor comes up to me after class and tells me I did good!
